TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- All rates are per person per night on Bed Breakfast basis on request.
- The Rates are quoted in Namibia Dollars, and is inclusive of VAT and NTB Tourism Levy.
- Rates are subject to change without prior notice. This includes any possible change in VAT or any other levy, tax or the possible devaluation of the Namibia currency.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Cancellation Policy
- All cancellations or amendments are to be made in writing.
- The following cancellation policy apply:
30 - 21days prior to arrival: 10%
20 - 14 days prior to arrival: 20%
13 - 8 days prior to arrival: 50%
7 days and less: 100%
- Payment Policy
- All reservations are to be paid in full as per the Reservation Confirmation.
- All major credit cards are accepted.
- Should payment be made via electronic transfer or directly into the banking account, proof of payment must be forwarded to GALPNINII Guest House
